HVAC-Marketing.ca exists to make HVAC marketing understandable before anyone signs a contract. If you've ever paid an agency that reported clicks while the phone stayed quiet, you know why that matters. This site is our answer: explain how the work should be done, show real results from named HVAC sites, publish our prices, and let owners decide with their eyes open.

Who we are

Short answer: a Canadian HVAC marketing and consulting service, headquartered in Vancouver, BC, and part of the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group of companies.

HVAC-Marketing.ca is operated by Sedighi.ca, which is Ali Sedighi's growth, marketing and technology consulting company. Under the Sedighi.ca umbrella sit five brands: HVAC.Agency, HVAC.Digital, Trades.Agency, BusinessConsulting.ca and the conversion specialist Conv.ca. The other half of the group is SAZ.ca (Strategy & Acceleration Zone), the Canadian firm Ali founded to advise companies on strategy, AI and faster revenue growth.

This site is the guide-and-services hub for HVAC marketing across Canada. For the agency's full service catalogue and case studies, see HVAC.Agency. Here, you'll find the plain-language explanations, the regional detail and the buying advice.

What we are not

Short answer: we are not a contractor, and we don't pretend to be one.

We market and advise heating, cooling and ventilation companies. We never install, repair, service or inspect furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, air conditioners or water heaters. We also don't give code-compliance, licensing or legal advice. When our pages mention regulators such as Technical Safety BC, TSSA or the RBQ, we link to them and summarise; the licensed contractors we work with, and the regulators themselves, are the authority.

That boundary matters for marketing too. Your website and ads have to describe licences, warranties and rebates accurately, so we ask clients to confirm every technical and compliance claim before it goes live.

Ali Sedighi, MBA

Short answer: 17+ years in digital marketing, an MBA in Technology Management, and 150+ live HVAC websites built.

Ali's grounding is an MBA in Technology Management and a digital marketing career of 17+ years. It began in 2007, the year he founded ONE.ir, a full-service digital marketing agency. He now lives and works in Vancouver, British Columbia.

  • HVAC focus: Ali has built 150+ live HVAC websites. The portfolio includes CombiBoiler.ca, GasBoilers.ca, Roma Heating & Cooling, HeatLand, BoilerPart.ca, HVACDeal.ca, CanroHeat.ca and BCWide.ca.
  • Other ventures: he is the founder of Conv.ca, a conversion-rate optimisation agency, and MyAutomation.ca, and Founder & Managing Partner of SAZ.ca.
  • Markets: he has worked with clients in Canada, the USA and Dubai.

How we work with HVAC companies

Short answer: audit first, agree on what we'll measure, build the foundations, then scale what produces booked jobs.

  1. Free 7-day trial. We run a digital marketing audit, a website performance check, an SEO analysis and competitor benchmarking. No credit card required.
  2. A written plan. You get priorities, costs and the numbers we'll judge ourselves by, usually calls, booked jobs and cost per booked job.
  3. Foundations. Business Profile, tracking, website fixes and the services that close the biggest leaks first.
  4. Growth. Paid search for demand, SEO and content for the long term, and a review program that keeps working.
  5. Reporting you can read. Monthly or weekly, depending on plan, with plain explanations of what changed and why.

There's no lock-in. If the plan stops making sense for your business, you can stop.

What we believe about HVAC marketing

Short answer: honest claims, owned accounts and measurement that ends at a booked job.

  • You should own your marketing assets. Your domain, Google Business Profile, ad accounts and analytics belong in your company's name.
  • Claims should be true today. Rebate programs open and close, so ads and pages need dates and links to the administrator.
  • Fewer, better pages beat many thin ones. That applies to our sites as much as yours.
  • The phone is part of marketing. If calls go unanswered, no campaign can fix it, and we'll say so.
  • Proof should be checkable. Every result we quote names the client and links the live site. See the results page.
